We are very happy with the services offered by Marry Abroad Simply. Starting with the friendly team, straightforward process, the very little documentations required, and the beautiful views in Denmark. The availability dates and times for each townhall is different but the ceremony took less than half an hour and we were married. Katie made a miracle happen. She was able to secure a wedding license in 4 days and book the beautiful Copenhagen City Hall for early the following week. By December 22nd, the couple was happily married. Katie made every possible effort to make sure the couple’s dream became a reality, including be available to answer messages at all times of day and night (we live in a completely different time zone) through WhatsApp. Katie simplified the process for us, knew exactly how to present every document to avoid problems down the road, and advised us on all details, even those that I was going to handle myself.

If I could rate Marry Abroad Simply more than 5 stars I would! Like many long distance couples, when COVID struck, my now-husband and I were separated indefinitely from each other. We decided to get married so I (an American) could move over to Ireland to be with him. I did some searching on the Internet and came across Marry Abroad Simply and sent a desperate email to Sam who replied quickly and gave us the only spot of hope we'd had during the months of separation by telling us about the possibility of getting married in Gibraltar. Sam walked us through every step of the process, taking all the stress out of an overwhelming situation and easing my anxiety as my partner and I navigated all the unknowns of our new reality and ever-changing policies involving quarantines and travel bans. Our first wedding date in Gibraltar didn't happen because of a flight cancellation. Leanne was very helpful in getting things rescheduled for a new date! After rounds of paperwork we were still unable to get married in a reasonable timeframe in Germany because we are both from third countries that are doing awful with corona and not from the EU. This makes it almost impossible to be together or marry. After a friend had a quick, easy, and wonderful experience with this company we decided to give it a try. Leanne was very patient with us and helped us look into many options before we found one that would work. She offered solutions and was always available whenever we needed her. The location we went to, Stevns Denmark, was super quaint and beautiful, and traveling 5 minutes to the seaside was well worth it. We were greeted on a Saturday by the mayor herself who married us. They were so hospitable and welcoming at Stevns and gave us a special gift from their town! The ceremony was meaningful but also very fast, 10 minutes in total. As an aside I do recommend double checking all paperwork received immediately after the ceremony. We were just feeling good and taking pictures and then noticed our paperwork was incorrect for our personal information on the certificate. We managed to track down the mayor at another ceremony and they were quite helpful, fixing our paperwork for us on a Saturday for which we were grateful. Overall this was an amazing and wonderful experience filled with solutions to any of our problems that came up or any hurdles we had been trying to manage. If you are having difficulties getting married or wish to do so without any fuss, this is the right agency for you!
